1. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, including The Sleeping Shift™ course, downloadable materials, and bonuses, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Because these are digital items, once access is granted, we cannot reverse delivery.

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

If a specific product or offer includes a refund guarantee, it will be clearly stated on the checkout page. In those cases:

Refund requests must be submitted within the stated guarantee period.
You may be required to show proof of participation or completion of certain course activities to qualify for a refund (to prevent abuse).
